About Your Trainer

Hey, I’m Terrence, I’ll be your Fitness Coach.  -12yrs of Training and weightlifting experience -IFBB Professional Bodybuilder -Bachelors in Exercise Science I believe in hard work, consistency and dedication to the goals you set out for yourself. I want to help people improve your lifestyle habits or be in the best shape of  your life. If that's what you are looking for, then you have come to the right place.  I will provide you with workouts designed for your needs and personal goals inside of my training app Training with Wetsu Athletics, will help build a confident, stronger and more disciplined you. 

Training Opportunities


Remote Personal Training 

Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside! I will make sure your body and mind find the right balance.

1-Hour sessions : 50-60mins

•4 sessions a week- 

•8 sessions a week- 

•12 sessions a week-

All Clients will download and use Wetsu Athletics fitness app for training features:

•Locate meal plan or macros tracking

•Locating workouts and cardio

•Update progress photo and weight

Remote Appointment scheduled inside training app.

You can workout from home or gym location




Remote Group Training

- I will coach you through the entire session. The workouts are done inside Wetsu Athletics fitness app.  This can be done from home, if you have equipment or at your local gym.

  • Bench or stability ball

  • Dumbbells 

  • Mat

  • Medicine ball

  • Bands

-Workout Schedule:

M -W- F : 8am 

T- TH: 7am

I have been training with Terry for about 3 years now and he is single handely the reason for my weight gain from 151 to 167. Most of which is pure muscle growth. As a trainer he keeps you accountable, pushes you beyond your limit, and teaches you proper form. He will teach you to develope the "mind-muscle connection" and continue to fatigue your muscle. Candidly speaking Terry is not for weak minded or sensitive people. In order to deliver the results you want his training sessions have to be intense and he will relentlessly drive you.
